Refund policy


All returns must be processed through our email address. This allows us to locate record of your transactions.

We have a 2-day Return Policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your items to request a return for items received in error. 

We have a 24 hour window to request a return for items damaged in transit. You must include pictures of the items that we're damaged, and a copy of your receipt in your request email.Items must have tags, and not appear worn.

Items outside of the terms above will be eligible for a return provided your request is within 3 days after delivery,the items are in the same condition that you received them , with tags, and its original packaging, and not worn prior to return. These items will incur a $25 restock fee. All postage fees for returns will be assigned to you.

Returns will receive a response as soon as possible. We have no way of predicting your space in que, we process returns in the order they are received.

To start a return, you can contact us at ladam@shopladam.store. Please note that all returns will need to be initiated through the above email address. Include your receipt or payment verification from your payment method, and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions how to proceed in obtaining a refund. Items sent for return before being approved will not be processed. Postage acquired for returns will be assigned to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we may rectify the situation immediately. You have 24 hours after receipt of your items to report your items that were damaged in transit after your delivery has been received.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please contact us with any questions or  concerns about your purchase. 

Unfortunately, We cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with a gift card, or items damaged in your care.


Exchanges
We Will Not Process Exchanges!

Please initiate a separate purchase for items you wish to exchange. Approved returns will be satisfied with returning your funds to the payment method used to make your purchase within 30 days.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

If you haven't received your items within 30 days, please email us.

We do not process refunds for delivery issues. We do not deliver the items, and cannot dictate or control the circumstances that arise after shipping or during transport. FedEx, DHL, USPS, and other companies outside of La'Dam will execute and finalize your delivery. 

We excuse the odor of a product as a reason for a refund. Items are shipped directly to you. Some manufacturing processes produce an odor from packaging and can be rectified with cleaning,and or allowing the items to stand without packaging. This policy coincides with the policy of our manufacturers, and must be enforced. We will notify you once your items have been received and inspected. If approved, funds will post within 30 days.The La'Dam Co. has not participated in the manufacturing, designing ,or delivery of items purchased. We market the products and compensation for marketing is non refundable. We are bound by the manufacturer's decision to offer a refund for the product you purchase.
