Our Promise
We want every La’Dam ritual to feel right. If a product arrives damaged or does not perform as described, we will make it right.
Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygienic reasons, opened skincare or wellness items cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Process
Email returns: hello@ladam.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions if your return is approved.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Digital downloads
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
